Taraba Permanent Secretary Dies In Abuja
The Permanent Secretary of Abuja Liaison Office of Taraba State Government, Mr. Dauda Maikomo has died in an hospital in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
The late permanent secretary reportedly died after a brief illness.
Maikomo’s passage was announced in Taraba Wednesday morning by the state Head of Service, Dr. Ahmed Kara.
“On behalf of His Excellency, Dr Agbu Kefas, the Governor of Taraba State, I wish to announce the passing away of Mr Dauda Maikomo, permanent secretary of Abuja Liaison Office, whose sad event occurred on 11th June, 2025, following a brief illness,” the statement said.
Dr. Kara described the deceased permanent secretary as a dedicated public servant who made invaluable contributions to the Taraba State Government and the nation. “His leadership, vision, and commitment will be deeply missed,” he said.
